What is
an American Corner?
The American Corner Beersheva (ACB), located in the Beersheva Municipal Library, was opened on July 7, 2004. It is a partnership between the Public Affairs Office of the Embassy of the United States of America in Israel and the Beersheva Municipality. It provides accurate and timely information about the United States to the general public of Israel.
It also provides a venue for guest U.S. speakers, meetings with American Studies and English Language teachers, and Digital Video Conferences with experts in the United States.
